Our proprietary continuous thermoplastic UD technology aligns the Kevlar fibers in each layer in a parallel direction, each layer is individually constructed within a thermoplastic resin matrix, with two or many plies of unidirectional product, cross-plies in 0/90 or many 0/90 configuration with reliable quality, perfect high temperature resistance, perfect impact resistance, perfect bending resistance.
Application: Suitable for crack arresting layers, reducing trauma layers for various ceramic armor plates, ballistic helmets, different kinds of ceramic armor panels.
